What we collect, and why

  • Mailing list. Your first name, last name and email address, to send you Company news and announcements. We rely on your consent, which you confirm through the email we send after you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we keep your details until you unsubscribe.
  • Enquiries. If you email us, we use the details you send to reply. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding, and keep the correspondence for as long as we need it for that purpose and our records.
  • Running and protecting the website. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website, and we do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process personal data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Intuit Mailchimp (mailing list), Fontshare (the typeface used on this website) Brighter IR (share price information and announcements on the investor pages) and Vimeo (the investor webinar recording). We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@solvonis.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
