Governance framework

QCA Corporate Governance Code

Solvonis applies the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) Corporate Governance Code. The corporate governance report explains how the Company applies each of the Code’s ten principles, and where and why it departs from them.

The Board established an Audit and Risk Committee after the 2025 year end; its terms of reference are below. Until then, as the 2025 corporate governance report describes, the Board considered audit and risk matters as a whole. There is no remuneration or nomination committee: the Board considers those matters as a whole, which it believes is appropriate for the Company’s stage of development.
